• Optional profile details, social handles, preferences, profile photo, and information you choose to share.
• Messages, personal check-ins, Lounge posts, replies, reactions, reviews, and other member submissions.
• Support requests, cancellation requests, and communications with Aura Lūmina.
• Purchase-related information such as subscription status, plan type, transaction identifiers, and access dates.

Payments are processed by Stripe or another identified payment provider. Aura Lūmina does not need to store your full payment-card number. The payment provider handles payment information under its own privacy and security practices.

We receive limited transaction and subscription information needed to confirm payment, provide access, prevent duplicate or unauthorized access, handle cancellations, and support members.

When you use the website, technical information may be collected, including browser and device type, approximate location derived from network information, IP address, pages viewed, timestamps, error logs, and security or performance data.

Cookies, local storage, and similar technology may be used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, protect access, measure performance, and improve the experience.

• Create and maintain your account and membership access.
• Confirm subscription or 30-Day Pass eligibility.
• Deliver private content, messages, live-session notices, and requested notifications.
• Operate personal check-ins, reviews, the Lounge, and member preferences.
• Respond to support, cancellation, billing, safety, and account requests.
• Protect members, prevent fraud or misuse, diagnose errors, and maintain service reliability.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce membership terms.

Information may be shared only as reasonably necessary with service providers that support the website and membership, such as hosting and app infrastructure, payment processing, email delivery, security, analytics, and customer-support tools.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law; to protect rights, safety, privacy, or security; in connection with a business reorganization; or with your direction or consent.

Aura Lūmina does not sell member personal information for money.

Messages, check-ins, and member submissions are intended for the private membership experience. Authorized administration and service systems may process or review them when necessary to respond, operate features, investigate safety concerns, enforce rules, or maintain the service.

Do not submit information you do not want processed as part of your membership experience. Other members may see information you intentionally post in shared member spaces such as the Lounge.

Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, meet legal obligations, and protect safety or security.

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

• Update available profile and notification preferences through your account.
• Cancel recurring membership according to the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
• Use unsubscribe controls in promotional email where provided.
• Request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal information, subject to identity verification and legal retention requirements.

Aura Lūmina is intended only for adults age 18 or older. We do not knowingly permit minors to register or use the private membership. If you believe a minor has provided personal information, contact us promptly.

This policy may be updated as Aura Lūmina, its features, or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will remain posted on this page.
