Community Guidelines

You must be at least 18 years old to participate. Do not share access or private content with a minor or with anyone who does not have valid membership access.

• Communicate respectfully and accept a boundary, refusal, or lack of response without pressure.
• Do not demand personal attention, sexual interaction, custom content, or contact outside the features offered.
• Do not pressure Maricela or another member for an in-person meeting, service, or personal information.
• Do not harass, threaten, shame, stalk, intimidate, or repeatedly contact someone who has asked you to stop.

• No screenshots, screen recordings, audio recordings, downloads, copying, reposting, or redistribution of private content.
• Do not share private messages, check-ins, live-session material, member identities, or Lounge conversations.
• Do not remove watermarks or attempt to identify, expose, or contact another member outside Aura Lūmina without permission.
• Do not share, sell, lend, or transfer your account.

• No illegal content, exploitation, non-consensual material, threats, or encouragement of harm.
• No hateful or discriminatory conduct based on identity or protected characteristics.
• No impersonation, fraud, phishing, spam, malicious links, or attempts to bypass security and access controls.
• No advertising, solicitation, or commercial promotion without express permission.

Keep Lounge posts, replies, reactions, and live comments relevant and respectful. Do not flood the conversation, derail live sessions, expose private information, or post content that would make the space unsafe or uncomfortable.

Live sessions are virtual, may be scheduled or changed, and do not create a promise of individual attention. Recording is prohibited.

Messages and live interactions are part of the online membership. They do not create a dating or romantic relationship with the creator. In-person meetings and services are not offered.

Reviews and other submissions must reflect your genuine experience. Do not include another person's private information, copyrighted material you do not own, threats, or illegal content.

Approved reviews may appear publicly using the name or nickname submitted. Contact support if you need to request a correction or removal.

Depending on the seriousness and history of a violation, Aura Lūmina may remove content, issue a warning, restrict features, suspend access, or terminate membership. Urgent safety, privacy, fraud, or legal concerns may result in immediate action.

Access removed for a serious rules violation may not qualify for a refund, except where required by law.

Report safety, privacy, harassment, account, or content concerns to lumina.membership@gmail.com. Include enough information to identify the issue, but do not forward unnecessary private content.
